How your tier is determined

Your tiering assessment repeats every quarter (Eg: July to September Online Hours determine October to December tier)

No fees to participate, qualification is based purely on your monthly Online Hours.

Qualifying period
You must hit at least 160 Online Hours monthly, for 3 months consecutively

GR Rewards+ tier will be updated on a quarterly basis.

You will receive a quarterly statement of GR Rewards+ Tier and Online Hours clocked at the start of every quarter. You may also view your tier on the GrabRentals Portal.

What is Online Hours?

Online Hours refer to the time spent actively using the Grab Driver app after tapping on "Go Online" on Grab Driver App.
