GrabRentals Turns 9: Celebrating New Beginnings
On 18 October 2025, we gathered at Singapore EXPO, Hall 6B to mark GrabRentals’ 9th Anniversary – and this year’s celebration was extra special. Not only were we honouring nine incredible years with our driver-partners, but we were also celebrating the successful launch of GrabCab earlier in July 2025.
On that very special day, the hall was filled with energy, laughter, and camaraderie as our community came together to enjoy a day of activities, prizes, and appreciation.

What Went Down at GR9
1. Bingo Adv
enture & Lucky Draw Extravaganza
The spotlight game of GR9 was our Bingo Challenge, designed to get everyone moving across the hall to explore, play, and engage. Participants marked off their cards by visiting a mix of sponsor booths, game stations, and activity zones — and those who completed the challenge walked away with exclusive prizes, including a mini handheld car vacuum and other GrabRentals’ goodies.
The excitement continued with our Lucky Draw, where attendees stood a chance to win fantastic prizes — from tech gadgets like the Samsung S25 and AirPods 2, to home essentials such as the Toyomi Air Fryer and Ninja 11-in-1 Multicooker. Other highlights included OSIM massage devices, Fullerton Health Premium Scans, and up to $800 NTUC vouchers.
On top of that, DAX Awards were presented to outstanding driver-partners, celebrating their excellence on the road.
The crowd cheered as winners were announced and joined in on stage games, bringing the GR9 spirit to life!
2. Sponsor Booths & Special Offers
We were proud to have our Diamond Sponsor – Komoco (Hyundai) and other partners such as Caltex and Cycle & Carriage (C&C) on-site, showcasing their latest products, services, and exclusive promotions. Driver-partners enjoyed exploring each booth, collecting freebies, and learning about special deals available only at GR9.
3. EV & Car Showcase
Visitors were invited to the EV Corner to explore and learn more about GrabRentals’ brand-new lineup of electric vehicles. This year’s showcase featured a diverse selection of modern EVs — including the Aion V, BYD M6, DENZA D9, and BYD E6 — each representing the future of sustainable mobility. Attendees had the chance to get up close with these cutting-edge models, discovering how electric innovation blends performance, comfort, and eco-conscious design to power the road ahead.
3. Wellness & Appreciation Corner
In between games and exploring, guests enjoyed complimentary massages, chiropractic care, and eye screenings, ensuring everyone left feeling refreshed and well cared for.
Visitors also took a moment to pen heartfelt notes on the Appreciation Board, celebrating their journey with GrabRentals.
4. Fun and Games!
Drivers and their families brought out their playful side at the game booths, featuring favourites such as Giant Jenga, Basketball, Buzz Wire, Sumo, Golf, Snake & Ladder, and Soccer Dart.
Children (and even adults!) enjoyed face painting, while everyone indulged in nostalgic treats like popcorn, candy floss, ice cream, kacang puteh, fishball, and fries — a true throwback to classic funfair vibes.
Guests also captured memories at the photobooth, enjoying fun and memorable moments throughout the day.
